Who or what is KLEOS?

KLEOS is a medical education organization tailor-made for orthopaedic professionals. It is supported by the medical department of Smith & Nephew.

 

What are the KLEOS goals?

We will build a global platform for orthopaedic professionals for learning, knowledge sharing, and networking. KLEOS is committed to helping orthopaedic professionals rise to the challenges they face in their dynamic clinical environment.

 

What does the name KLEOS mean?

KLEOS stems from the Greek word meaning “renown” and “glory”. Its implicit meaning is “to hear”, and carries the suggestion of “what others hear about you”. You can earn KLEOS through accomplishing great deeds.

 

Who can join this organization?

All orthopaedic professionals are welcome to join KLEOS. Our membership consists of surgeons, hospital managers, interns, clinicians, and researchers. Our organization includes some of the world’s leading scientific and clinical experts, and the diversity of its members is a key strength of KLEOS.

 

Is there a membership fee?
