Orthopedics Today highlights KLEOS as new medical education platform
Orthopedics Today has highlighted KLEOS as the global knowledge-sharing platform for orthopaedic surgeons. They emphasise how KLEOS’ tailored services can meet specific and cultural needs of its member surgeons.
In an article in their February issue, Orthopedics Today interview Andy Weymann, Vice President of KLEOS Global and Blair Fraser, Vice President of KLEOS Americas. This issue will be distributed at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS) annual meeting, in New Orleans, which begins today and runs until March 13, 2010. The article is also available online via the ORTHOSuperSite.com.

In the article, Fraser and Weymann are asked to describe the combination of face-to-face educational opportunities and online resources that KLEOS offers and tailors to surgeons across the globe. They are also asked to detail some of the future innovative initiatives of KLEOS. These include developing a knowledge-sharing community where members directly contribute and communicate with one another, and introducing telementoring for its members, to enable surgeons to learn new techniques via the support of a virtual expert.
KLEOS will also be attending the AAOS meeting this week and look forward to meeting with both its existing members, as well as introducing new surgeons from all over the world to its global medical education platform.
